in order to prohibit duplicate entries from appearing in your digest please visit 'OUTPUT FILTERS' page and set an appropriate option for the 'Dupe filter' setting.

The item in question had been actually published at least twice in your source feed, but the items had slightly different timestamps. That's how the duplicate entry was created in the first place.

Anyway, I've removed the duplicate item.
