Thank you for the information. Could you please point out what posts from what feeds appear twice? We need this information to handle the problem. You can use our contact form if you do not want to place personal details on the forum.

No changes were done to the digest manually.

We have had dupe filters of titles checked from day one. I thought that would keep multiple posts of the same item from appearing in the same digest. Our problem is that a post that appeared 2 weeks ago may suddenly show up a second time on a current digest.

To stop the topics' re-publishing try to set Dupe Filter through the Digest settings. It prevents showing duplicate posts showing.

As far as we can see by testing this feed (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/feeds/news_en.xml) is valid and works properly on our side. Could you please specify if some changes could have been done to the digest manually.

Could you please have a look at Digest ID VUL4G0YHXW. Some old items are re-publishing.

Also, the links coming in from http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/feeds/news_en.xml previously worked but now are not. It appears as though either FeedInformer or Feed Burner is changing a question mark (?) to an ampersand (&) in the link after the MedlinePlus .html extension. This has been happening for a few months and I have not been able to figure out why or how to fix it. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

That's not Feed Informer that is sending emails, that's some other system. We only make feeds.

We have two feeds, FNIC and Nutrition.gov. It is the Nutrition.gov feed, Digest ID: VUL4G0YHXW, which I am asking about. Each email received looks like this:
Nutrition.gov RSS News Feeds
noreply+feedproxy@google.com; on behalf of; Nutrition.gov News Feeds [jmerkel@nal.usda.gov]
To: <email address of recipient>
...and then the feed...

We do not want the email address [jmerkel@nal.usda.gov] to be in the feed emails or really to be associated in any way with the feeds. The feed owner's email is the one which is in the account info for the feed. I log in for feed maintenance and search for this old email address, but cannot find it anywhere. I appreciate your help.

I changed your email for the one you indicated. But what do you mean by "the old email address comes through on the digests"? Where?

The person who established our RSS feed for our organization has left our employ. We would like to replace her (invalid) email with the email of the person who currently manages the feed. We have tried updating the account information, but still the old email address comes through on the digests. How do we update this: noreply+feedproxy@google.com; on behalf of; Title [email address we want changed]? Digest ID: VUL4G0YHXW
