Hello,
technically, yes, you can use RSS/Atom-formatted feeds generated by Feed Informer as source feeds of a digest. But due to FI update mechanism these source feeds would not update unless they are requested regularly, and if source feeds are not up to date, the same is true for the digest.

If you can ensure that source feeds are queried, for example, they are used for the widgets embedded in actual webpages, this might work.

But generally, it's not a good idea.

negative keywords are acceptable in both filters, they just should be added without brackets.

As for excluding sites, unfortunately it is not possible at the moment. Still we bear it in mind for future releases.

I am using negative keywords (-keyword) in the "AND" filter as I am trying to remove certain articles from showing in my feed which aren't relevant to my site but this isn't working. Is there a better way to do this? Also, is there a way to make my feed recognize and refuse information from specific sites? I've tried entering it in negative terms in the "AND" filter (-www.nameofsite.com)(-nameofsite) but it doesn't work.
