I am not sure I can add much to the info given in FAQ. The frequency of updates mostly depends on the popularity of the site (and in particular of the page it inserted in). The more often the page is visited the more our system tends to keep it up to date.

If you have questions regarding other details, please specify.

I'm grateful for your answers. Thank you. Can you tell me about how long it takes for my post to appear on the sight I'm feeding to. I saw the FAQ but not sure sure I understand it or if it applies to my question. I've just started using the feed and it seemed to work quickly yesterday but now I'm not so sure. Is there a certain amount of time for a post to appear. Thanks again.

Hi ggffoo,

it seems that the items in the source feed and digest are the same on our side. If the problem still exists, please try to check "Show Only Live Items" in digest settings.

In case it does not help, please give us more details on the items you deleted. Feel free to use contact form if you would not like to reveal the data.

I had a couple blog posts on my blog site and have deleted them, but they still show up on the site the RSS feed feeds to (my regular site). How can I stop these deleted posts from showing. I've deleted the original posts from my blog, uninstalled and reinstalled the feed but no matter what I do they still show up. Thank you.

The access to advanced settings is available in "Digest Design" tab. In case with HTML template click "Edit template HTML manually". If you use Flash format, then "Advanced customization options" is the name of the link.
