at the moment the digests are only available in RSS and ATOM. To get embed code for HTML/Flash/Image version you should go to the "Widget " tab and either choose from ready-to-use templates or create your own.

The feed appears to have updated but I'm STILL at a loss, with the new url system in place, how to get an html feed from the control panel.

My feed hadn't updated for about 20 days. Yesterday the old feed address 'burped' once and spit out a single recent posting but I'm not seeing there's ANY link to a simple HTML page (for 'framing' ) with the new links. Just a horribly text-truncated 'widget'.
