Maintenance message

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that tomorrow, 3 June 2009, between 3 and 8 AM EDT, we will be shutting down the main database server for maintenance.

During this time all digests will be operational but not updating.

Please forgive the inconvenience.

Your message says you will be down until 8 a.m. but I cannot log in to my feed now (10 a.m.) please help. urgent.

I’m wondering is it just my feed or everyone’s that will temporarily not show up on the page for five to six hours at a time. Wondering because if this happens regularly enough, I simply cannot use this service. I’ll have to look for another one.

It seems maintanence still goes on. My site is frozen since yesterday. It’s 16 hrs. now, that’s a bit gross. And I can’t pay you because the log in isn’t working. That’s even worse.

This message maintenance is dated June 3. Today is June 7th. What is going on? I would think that if you guys are having problems you would be upfront about them. Don’t you realize how many people are relying on your service?

Some explanation of all the other times (like today) when the service stops would be appreciated. Was going to post on the forum but can even log in at the moment.
