could you please specify what feed you are talking about? The thing is if it is all about the source feed you use to create your digest, there is nothing we can do. However, we will try to be of help if you would like to prevent the digest itself from being used by certain blogs/sites. If it is about the digest, please use FI contact form to provide us with more details.
I guess aside from blocking them from accessing your feed, you should contact that thief directly to let them know that you are aware of the content stealing. Of course copyright is also a good way of protecting your content. =)
Thanks admins for reponding, a friend a mine gave me a solution to block requests from certain urls so that is working. Byou I thought about contacting them but figured it is probably a waste a time. If you are in the habit of stealing content you're probably not going to care about copyright in the first place.

It's called Syndication... that's the whole purpose of RSS ;)
If all else fails... Either you or your lawyer send them a cease and desist letter, and also let their isp & hosting company know... Most don't want to be involved in legal problems. They could be your biggest allies in getting the offenders attention.
I cannot think of any reason why a person would NOT want someone not to use their feed. Would this not be advantageous to the feed owner? Can anyone think of any negative impacts? I cannot.
Possibly to avoid content being duplicated but it could be duplicated easily without using a feed. Google recognizes duplicate content anyway and will not reward the copiers so it really shouldn't be a concern too much.
