My concern here is with digest S8QKOB2QL0 - this feed is now public on our site and yet is not updating on an "up to the day" basis.

Additionally duplicate entries such as "Dark Side of the Wii" are still appearing despite the duplicates being removed from the sources generating them, and the digest using the "remove duplicate items" and "use live items only" settings.

Thanks for your response and attention.

1. updated in the last two weeks.
Yes, I checked the source of the digests and there are 1-2 daily updates. However, when trying to view the source directly, I notice that it takes an unusually long time (approx 30 seconds) to actually see the content of the source in my browser. Would something like this be causing the delay?

2. no custom filters.
That is correct. There are no custom filters on this digest. We want everything in the source to show up.

I really appreciate your time.

alohaliving,
if the web page containing your digest is requested at least few times every hour the digest should receive updates on hourly basis.
As I mentioned here many times before, we cannot pull out feeds more often because we might get banned by source websites for excessive load. Unfortunately, every website administrator has their own idea of "excessive", that's why we ought to ask our users to provide us with digest's IDs, so we could check if it's not the case.
So, if you're sure that 1) source feeds are updated within last two weeks and 2) you're not using custom filters in your digest's settings preventing them from mixing into the digest, the ball is in our court.

Thank you for your response.

My site gets about 21,000 page views per day. Is that popular enough? I'm honestly not sure.
I noticed that now the digest seems to be one week behind instead of two. A great improvement, but obviously not optimal. Can you shed some light on some possible causes and/or solutions?

Thanks again.

The digests have been updated.

Please also keep in mind that update of a digest happens only if it's requested often enough, which is, of course, irrelevant if your site is popular.
