are you still experiencing any difficulties? According to our tests everything works as it should. If not, please point out the ID of the digest(s).

All the digest are updated automatically and should work fine at the moment. If you still experience any problems please specify the ID(s) of the digest when submitting.

I have posted my feeds also but they are not appearing. Tried to call customer support but no response

I was a customer, left because of no customer support and was thinking about coming back. But I dont like what I hear so maybe best to stay away!

As a potential new customer there seems to be quite a lack of customer support. Being new to this I would want a service I can count on for help when needed. Very concerned about proceeding with my transaction.

That's totally unacceptable - 48 hrs. without any Customer Support? And you call it Premium and I pay lot of money for it.

Hi tsetso,
Showing older items in feeds can sometime be a good thing.
I "brings alive" old items and create some more traffic to them.

We suggest that you activate "Show Only Live Items" in your digest settings. If it does not help, please let us know.

Could you please rectify the problem at http://www.kafene.net? Old items are appearing in my Analyses Section as new. It's usually happening at about noon GMT. And it's some of the items published 24 to 30 hours before that time. Why is that? It doesn't look very pretty when, let's say Press Review from Sunday appears om Monday noon.
