we have checked and the logo is removed on our side. Please try to empty cache in the browser. If the logo is still there, we will appreciate it if you could provide us with a link to the page the feed is embedded in.

I paid to have the logo removed from our website and it is still showing. I was promised that the logo was to be removed yesterday.

Yes the download was part of my receipt! In my receipt is says:
Download Information - You have 14 days to download before the links expire
The product may be downloaded from: Click here

I downloaded the .exe but I did not run it on my computer since I did not think that it was correct.

I will check back on Monday for the manual removal.

thank you for choosing logo removal service. Please note that we check for payments and apply changes manually, which is going to be possible on Monday.

As for ccwinst.exe, you do not have to run any files for sure. Could you please advise if the link was sent in your payment confirmation letter from RegNow?

I paid for the logo removal and then there was a link to download the ccwinst.exe. Am I to run the .exe on my computer to remove the logo? This does not make sense to me.
Please let me know what I need to do to have the logo removed.

you can order logo removal through the Digest Settings tab of the digest you would like to delete logo from. In case you still need our help, please provide us with ID of the digest here.

Please provide a link for the order form for the logo removal. The order form only has the premium settings and i am only looking for logo removal.

the thing is premium account does not include logo removal, they are two different services. If you would like the digest without FI logo, it will cost you $50 per year.

My feed digest is still showing the feed informer ad in the lower right side of the digest. Can this be removed with a Premium account?

Hello mmontano,

all the fees are charged every year. It cost $50 to remove FI logo form one digest and $100 to become a premium user.

As for the benefits of having premium account, you will get e-mail tech support and ability to create up to 1000 digests with 500 feeds per digest.

Is there somewhere else I should be posting this? I don't understand why I have not got a response yet... I want to buy your product, I want to remove the ads from all my feeds, all I need is a little bit more information (That I cannot find anywhere else on this site) I have looked in the FAQ's (which were written in 2009!) Why is it that I cannot get a simple reply on my simple question? Honestly your product is awesome, but you need to do a better job of replying to potential customer (OR just update your FAQ's with current information). Sorry if I seem frustrated but I need to move forward with my work and this situation is preventing me from doing so. I look forward to hearing from someone soon....

I had a quick question about the premium service and logo removal. If I was to pay $50 for the logo removal is that lifetime or yearly? Also, what I have read about the premium service is you get e-mail tech support, any other benifits to being a premium member, and is the membership lifetime, yearly or monthly? thanks in advanced.

Is there a way to center the logo "Powered by Feed Informer" in the free version? I'm happy to have it there, but it looks like it's right justified, and I'd rather have it centered.

we are sorry for delay. The logo has successfully been removed from your digest.

Please note that logo removal and premium account subscription are two different services. Premium account costs $100 a year and allows you to get e-mail technical support.
