It's been about 24 hours now since feeds updated. Any idea how much longer it will be? It really needs to happen more than daily.

Just a quick bit of feedback, your software was great initially. Easy to set up, it could be customised and implemented easily... just one fundamental floor - and having read through your forums - I can see an awful lot have the same issue - your feeds don't update often enough.

12/14 hours being the average update so i'll have to uninstall.

I didn't change the CSS at all. What CSS class is that pixel assigned to?

I guess I see what's the matter. After saving your settings, on stage 4 "Publish digest" you've got to choose format once more - the code for Flash will appear below.

Ok I updated my firefox and the feed is showing correctly. Yes I made changes to the flash template and clicked save and then copied the code to my website but does not show the flash template but it shows the HTML template.

Ok let me update my Firefox and I will see if the feed's background color is white or black. Also when I try using Flash template it does not work, the feed does not show up. The only design I can use is the HTML.

I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 (tried 3.0.14 as well) when I open this link, the background is white.

My feed is working very well in Internet explorer Browser (the background color is white) but when I use Firefox the back background of the feed is all black. It doesn't actually. To handle this asap I'd advise you not to resize the incoming (from hits.informer.com) images in CSS.

You're using CSS setting that resizes every picture to 75x75 format. FI sends 1 pixel picture to every digest as a statistics measure, but on your site it is rendered up to 75x75pxl image.

That's not Feed Informer that is sending emails, that's some other system. We only make feeds.
